Central Oregon Emergency Physicians (COEP) is an independent, physician-led emergency medicine group serving Central Oregon and the broad region east of the Cascades. Our board-certified emergency physicians, trained at leading residency programs across the country, are committed to providing exceptional, compassionate, and evidence-based care to every person who seeks our help—treating all individuals with dignity, respect, and fairness. As a democratic group, we value transparency, equity, stability, and the recruitment and retention of outstanding clinicians. Our independent structure allows us to work collaboratively with our hospital partners while ensuring that our clinical decisions and department as a whole remain grounded in the expertise of emergency physicians.
